lots of attention was paid to the twin towers during the 9/11 tragedy... little attention was paid to the pentagon... reporters and several others interviewed don't believe a plane ever crashed into the pentagon... some say it was really a missile.

I just upgraded to Mac OS X Tiger!!! There are so many newer and cooler features on here... I'm so excited.
My gig on May 12th got cancelled because the club wasn't ready... how strange... so it's been postponed to the 26th of May. i haven't drummed much this semester... I think something in me was telling me to explore different things like photography, writing and drama... i barely even painted. I do really miss painting though.... i started painting the base on a huge block of wood (1/2 meter by 1/2 meter) ... and kinda have a rough idea of what I'd like to do... for once, i actually have a plan... but I have a feeling I'll do something else completely... as usual.
I am still swamped with papers... the week of migraines really set me back... they are all due this week... looks like it will be another weekend indoors... I've never been so home-bound!

I think my migraines were symbolic of something much deeper inside of me. Eversince I moved back to San Francisco I've had nightmares... very gruesome ones... ones that involved my friends getting killed in accidents... I always jerk into awakness and find my heart racing... in these nightmares I am overwhelmed with guilt and panic... most of the accidents take place right as I am about to leave them or speak up about something I feel. I think that perhaps, the migraines were the last bulk of emotion that needed to be released from my memories and the bits of hurt that have remained in my heart. I've finally released them and they no longer have power over me. All I can say is... never again... never.
