my mother taught me to pray... she taught me to hold the rosary and to say my hail marys'... to speak to god... my father taught me to sit... to meditate, to sit... to be sitting as I am sitting... over time, i didnt see much difference between the two... they brought me to the same place... right this moment I find myself surrendering again... i am sitting and typing and allowing my emotions to unfold...
